My Location

Rugeley is an ancient market town on the edge of Cannock Chase in South Staffordshire, England. We are twinned with Western Springs, Illinois.

The Chase is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great open space for all kinds of activities. We are also conveniently placed for the Staffordshire Moorlands and for Derbyshire.

Close by is Shugborough Hall, home of the Earl of Lichfield. Owned by the National Trust, the house is financed and administered by Staffordshire County Council.

Rugeley is the home of Focus Multimedia and Real World Software.

Rugeley Power Station is owned and operated by International Power. Discover its vital statistics (run the Flash map and click on Europe, UK, Rugeley). Back to Top

Lea Hall Colliery, originally built to serve the Power Station, has been replaced by the Towers Business Park.

Improved connection to the national road network is assured with the construction of the Eastern Bypass.
